Jennifer joined Quad Cities Financial Group in August 2025 as the Office Manager at their Davenport, Iowa location. She brings over 18 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant within the Davenport and Pleasant Valley School Districts.
Jennifer was born and raised in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of Gary and Martha Adams. She graduated from Davenport West High School in 2003 and holds two associate degrees—one in Office and Administrative Support and another in Human Services.
Jennifer is a dedicated community member who serves on the board of Future Lady Knights Softball and is actively involved with St. Paul the Apostle Church. She married Corey Spies in September 2007, and together in 2014 they had a daughter, Charlotte, who keeps busy with softball, basketball, volleyball, and soccer. Their household also includes two Labrador retrievers—one Charcoal and one Silver—who add plenty of energy to the mix. As proud sports fans, the family enthusiastically cheers for the Iowa Hawkeyes, St. Louis Cardinals, and Green Bay Packers.
